Content Creative

As a Content Creative you will create relevant and compelling video and photo content across social platforms, livestreams, and longer-form storytelling. From fast-paced edits for TikTok or Reels to artist interviews, livestreams, behind-the-scenes shoots and brand campaigns – you’ll be working with our teams across marketing, digital and A&R to create content that cuts through.

This role is varied and you’ll be capturing our artists, events and label moments - whether it’s behind the decks at a festival, in the studio or inside our Old Street HQ. We’re looking for someone who gets DJ culture, understands the social media space inside out, and knows how to shoot and edit content that resonates with the dance community.

Your Tasks

  • Shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, brand campaigns and livestreams
  • Create artist promo videos, aftermovies, interviews, teasers and livestreams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital to develop social-first edits that speak to the dance music community
  • Handle post-production including colour grading, sound mixing, and simple graphics
  • Cover Armada events, showcases, office visits and behind-the-scenes moments and confidently shoot video in environments such clubs, festivals and at events with limited lighting
  • Create social assets and teasers to promote long form content
  • Manage the content equipment and ensure it’s safety

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
