Role Mission

As Content Creative, you will lead the ideation, development, and execution of social-first content for a global FMCG leader in the food and snacking sector across the UK and Europe. You will turn cultural, lifestyle, and culinary social trends into high-impact campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive audience engagement. Balancing strategic thinking with creative production, you will craft compelling social stories, manage content calendars, and collaborate with creators to elevate iconic household brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Ideate and manage monthly social-first content strategy calendars across platforms including Instagram and TikTok for key food and snacking accounts.
  • Identify emerging trends across food, snacking, and digital lifestyle culture, translating them through the brand’s unique lens for timely, reactive content.
  • Write clear creative briefs for creators, influencers, designers, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment.
  • Source, curate, and oversee high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) and creator collaborations that build brand engagement and affinity.
  • Craft compelling post copy and tone-of-voice that resonates with target consumer audiences and drives social conversation.
  • Monitor social media performance and competitive benchmarks using analytics tools to deliver data-driven optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal account and creative teams to deliver inspiring client presentations and performance reports.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The SAMY Mindset

Forget the job description for a second. The real question is: are you a Path Finder? Bold enough to challenge what's possible. Collaborative enough to build it together. Driven enough to make it happen.

We don't just hire for roles, we hire for mindset. We look for people who communicate with honesty, collaborate without ego, embrace change with energy, and take real ownership of what they build.

We're not looking for people who think the same, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

Here's what it actually looks like to belong here:

  • Be Kind — because respect, trust, and honest feedback make great teams stronger.
  • Go Beyond — because good is never enough when excellence is the standard.
  • Craft Together — because the best ideas don't happen in silos.
  • Enjoy the Journey — because growth lives outside the comfort zone.
  • Own It — because real impact starts with accountability.

If this feels like your kind of adventure, let's build something together.

Diversity & Inclusion

At SAMY, difference is not something we accommodate, it's what makes us stronger.

With a team made up of 70% women and more than 35 different nationalities, our different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences challenge our thinking, sharpen our creativity, and push us to build better work, and a better company.

We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and barrier-free environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. And if you need support or adjustments along the way, we'll make sure you have what you need to do your best work.
