JM Posner Ltd is a specialist provider of high-quality dessert and bakery supplies, serving caterers and other food professionals at competitive prices. The team is passionate about ensuring customers have access to products that help them delight their own clients and encourage repeat business. JM Posner’s staff actively test and enjoy the products they sell, reflecting a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The company originated from renting and then selling chocolate fountains, expanding over time into a broad range of food-based supplies. Today, JM Posner continues to grow while maintaining its focus on excellent products and service.
Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Content Creator (ideally with a passion for food and baking) to join our growing marketing team. Working alongside our in-house Content Producer, this role will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, creating engaging content, and showcasing innovative ways to use JM Posner products to drive engagement and brand awareness to our B2B audience.
Duties
Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging, high-quality content for use across our channels (including socials, email, and website)
- Develop ideas showcasing JM Posner products in creative, trend-led ways
- Develop strong hooks to maximise engagement and reach
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Stay on top of social media trends within food, baking, and broader culture
- Analyse competitor content and identify opportunities to differentiate
- Bring proactive ideas for reactive and trend-led content

Product Application & Innovation
- Explore new and exciting ways to use our product range
- Experiment with recipes, techniques, and formats
- Translate trends into commercially relevant content ideas
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor content performance and learn what works
- Continuously refine content approach based on insights
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy, working closely with the rest of the marketing team
Miscellaneous
- To comply with JM Posner Health & Safety Policies/Procedures.
- To comply with JM Posner Food Safety Policies and promote a food safety culture.

Skills
- Proven experience creating content for social media, email, and web (ideally within food, drink, or FMCG)
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and what drives engagement on each
- A sharp eye for trends, with the ability to spot and act on them quickly
- Confident writing hooks, captions, and copy that stop the scroll and hold attention
- Creative flair, with a genuine interest in food, baking, and product experimentation
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using platform insights and analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the wider marketing team
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple pieces of content and deadlines at once
- Self-motivated and proactive, always looking for new opportunities and ideas rather than waiting to be briefed
