We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Content Creator to join our marketing team based in Cardiff. This is an office-based position and an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in marketing and design within the automotive industry.
The Role
As a Content Creator, you’ll support the Communications Director in producing engaging content across our digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. You’ll use your creativity and eye for design to help us showcase our brand, our vehicles, and our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and marketing materials for use online and in print
- Take the wheel and develop our social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
- Support website updates, ensuring content is accurate, fresh, visually appealing and brand compliant
- Monitor social media and digital performance, providing basic reporting on engagement
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and maintains a professional standard
- Providing reports and analysis to the Communications Director
- Sourcing and ordering promotional items
- Assisting in product placements and sponsorship events
- Have a basic understanding of PPC and Google Ads
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new vehicle releases
- Any other administrative tasks the Marketing department require

About You
This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with a passion for creativity and marketing, and a strong willingness to learn.
Essential Skills And Qualities
- A qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or related field (or relevant experience / portfolio)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- An interest in Marketing and the desire to continually develop
Desirable Skills (not Essential)
- Video editing experience (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience using social media scheduling or analytics tools
- Knowledge of the automotive sector
