Fiercely independent and deeply curious, we craft social strategies that drive real business growth across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook - from viral trends to scroll-stopping paid creative.

We partner with brands including Google, Five Guys, Fortnum & Mason, Instax, Fujifilm, and Princes’, and we’re proud of our culture: a 4.5★ Glassdoor rating, multiple industry awards, recognition as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work, and European Social Media Agency of the Year 2025.

The Role

Less about us, more about you.

We are looking for a creative, social-obsessed Content Creator to join our London agency team. In this role, you will concept, film, edit, and produce high-performing social-first content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts for a portfolio of exciting brands.

You should be as comfortable behind the camera as you are in front of it, with a strong grasp of current internet culture, short-form storytelling, and visual trends.

Still keen?

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Concept, script, film, and edit engaging short-form video and visual assets optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Trend Forecasting: Monitor daily social media trends, viral audio, memes, and platform updates to pitch timely, culturally relevant content ideas.
  • On-Camera Talent: Host, present, or act in content as needed, while also directing external creators or agency talent.
  • Brand Voice Alignment: Adapt tone of voice, visual style, and storytelling techniques to match different client brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside social strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Assist with reactive content creation based on community comments, trending topics, and real-time cultural moments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
