Role Description

The Content Creator role is a full-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves planning, scripting, and producing content across digital platforms that align with Duvet Flip’s focus on work, money, and skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Content Creator will help develop new show concepts, optimize content for engagement, and support live and virtual experiences. The role also includes:

  • Measuring content performance
  • Iterating based on feedback and analytics
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice

Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including scripting, writing, and basic editing across video and written formats.
  • Experience with social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital storytelling tailored to work, money, or skills-related topics.
  • Ability to research complex subjects and translate them into clear, actionable, and inspiring content.
  • Comfort collaborating with creators, producers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency with common content and production tools (e.g., video editing software, design tools, content management or publishing platforms).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of workplace culture, employee engagement, or learning and development is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in content creation, media, or communications; a degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
