Content Creator (Paid Media)
£30-34k
Birmingham – Hybrid/ remote
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Content Creator to join a dynamic company that have their own internal design agency specialising in B2C dental and health marketing. This is an exciting role working with an entrepreneurial team where you will work with key stakeholders in the Marketing, Creative and Operations team. You will be responsible for creating compelling video, photography and ad creative across Meta and TikTok paid media campaigns.
Whilst the team work predominantly remotely, with this role being needed to film in and around Birmingham and their central Birmingham office, there is more onsite needed for filming purposes, but editing and posting etc can be done mostly remotely - a hybrid role with a lot of remote working in and around filming. The whole team meet up with weekly Zoom calls and quarterly face-to-face meetings. You would be based within 30-45 mins of Birmingham City Centre, salary c£28-30k.

Our client is a highly successful dental growth company with a vast network across the UK. They deliver strategic brand and creative marketing solutions for hundreds of dental and health marketing companies across the UK and they are experiencing good organic growth and as such, they have strengthened their digital and creative team recently. They have won awards and treat their staff extremely well, making them a very desirable place to work.
The Role
They are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Content Creator who is performance-driven and understands how to make content that not only looks great — but converts. You’ll create engaging, platform-native content designed specifically for paid social and digital advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube shorts and TikTok plus emerging platforms.

Working closely with the marketing, creative and social teams, you’ll help drive patient enquiries and bookings through creating compelling video, photography and ad creative.
You will understand consumers, be able to jump on trends and work closely with their marketing, social and creative team, being capable of leading on direction and ideas for content.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment and understands the balance between brand-building and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities for the Role
Content Creation for Paid Media
- Create high-performing short-form video content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Identify and create trend-led content quickly to capitalise on viral formats, audio, memes and platform trends
- Support the existing creative team with engaging static creatives, carousels, hooks, testimonials, before-and-after content, and UGC-style ads
- Develop content specifically designed to generate high quality, convertible leads
- Film and edit content across clinics, patient journeys, treatment transformations, and team stories
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop winning ad concepts and campaign creative
- Analyse ad performance data CTR, CPA, and lead quality
- Stay ahead of paid social trends, creative formats, and platform best practices
- Test new hooks, messaging angles, and creative approaches to continuously improve performance
Brand & Consumer Engagement
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, values, and premium positioning
- Create educational and aspirational content that builds trust with prospective patients
- Capture authentic patient experiences and treatment outcomes in a compelling and compliant way

Production & Editing
- Film, edit, and optimise content for multiple digital platforms
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and platform-specific formatting
- Organise and maintain a library of creative assets for ongoing campaign use
About You
You have proven experience of creating content for paid social or performance marketing campaigns
You have strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
With a number of years’ experience creating content, you will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and paid ad creative best practices
You have the ability to create content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions
You have experience shooting high-quality content on mobile and/or professional camera equipment
You have strong copywriting and storytelling skills and a commercial mindset with a clear understanding of consumer marketing
You have an understanding of Meta Ads and performance metrics and ideally experience working with UGC creators or influencer content
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, or lifestyle brands
- Photography and motion graphics skills
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing
