Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Kids Pass is one of the UK’s leading family subscription platforms, helping families save on thousands of days out, attractions, cinema trips and everyday essentials. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to bring that proposition to life across social media and our wider marketing channels.
About the Role
This role is responsible for creating content that families genuinely find useful, entertaining and worth sharing.
You’ll produce a regular stream of short-form video, photography and social content covering days out, family activities, money-saving ideas and the realities of family life. You’ll be comfortable appearing on camera when needed, but equally confident filming families, attractions, creators and members of the wider Kids Pass team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how social content works. You’ll take ideas from concept through to filming, editing, publishing and performance analysis, responding quickly to trends while building recognisable Kids Pass content formats over time.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan, film and edit content at attractions, events and family destinations across the UK.
- Develop useful content that helps families decide what to do, where to go and how to save.
- Turn Kids Pass offers and partner activity into engaging content, rather than traditional promotional posts.
- Create recurring formats and series that audiences begin to recognise and return to.
- Respond quickly to trends, seasonal moments and conversations relevant to UK families.
- Produce content around school holidays, weekends, rainy days, travel, back-to-school and everyday family spending.
- Work with parents, families, influencers and content creators to produce authentic user-led content.
- Brief and coordinate contributors where additional content is required.
- Repurpose content across social, CRM, paid media, PR and the Kids Pass website.
- Support campaign launches with creative concepts and channel-specific assets.
- Work with the SEO and CRM teams to turn search, customer and performance insight into content ideas.
- Monitor performance and use the results to improve future content.
- Maintain a clear content calendar while leaving room for reactive opportunities.
- Ensure all content follows brand, advertising, safeguarding and usage-rights requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- The ability to identify a strong hook and communicate an idea quickly.
- Confident, natural copywriting that does not feel overly corporate or sales-led.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and directing other people.
- Able to balance planned campaigns with fast, reactive content.
- Good knowledge of social trends and UK family culture.
- Organised enough to manage multiple shoots, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding that content should ultimately support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Willing to travel to attractions and family destinations when required.
- Experience within family, leisure, travel, lifestyle or consumer subscription brands would be useful but is not essential.
- Being a parent is not a requirement; understanding what makes content useful and relevant to families is.
