Content Creator
Based: London Office (100% office-based)
Salary: In the region of £40k
Type: Full-time, permanent
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the full content strategy across e-commerce, social media, brand campaigns, email, video, and emerging platforms. This role owns the creative vision and ensures consistent, high-quality storytelling that drives brand love, community engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end content strategy across e-commerce, social, digital, and brand channels
- Develop a unified content roadmap aligned with product drops, marketing campaigns, and business goals
- Maintain and evolve the brand voice, identity, and storytelling style
- Oversee product descriptions, landing pages, visuals, lifestyle imagery, and conversion-driven content
- Ensure all e-commerce content is optimized for UX, SEO, and sales performance
- Drive the content vision for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn)
- Own content calendars, publishing frameworks, and platform-specific storytelling
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors to produce authentic brand stories
- Ensure timely content production around trends, culture moments, and product launches
- Lead the creation of videos, photo shoots, campaign assets, and short-form content
- Oversee concepting, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and asset execution
- Manage internal and external creative partners, including production houses and photographers
- Track and report content performance across all platforms

About You
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience or a strong interest in footwear or fashion
- Demonstrable success growing engagement, community, brand awareness, and/or revenue through content
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Understanding of brand voice development and brand positioning
- Understanding of production workflows and managing photographers, videographers, and agencies
- Confident measuring and reporting on content performance
