About us
We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with exciting startups and well-known brands.
We’re unlike your typical agency; we’re structured differently, meaning we can be more agile and flexible in the way we work. Our mission is simple: we are committed to helping brands succeed through measurable results that impact the bottom line. As we enter the next phase of digital advertising, we are heavily investing in a content creation team to stay ahead of the curve.
About the role
As our Content Creator, you will be the creative engine driving our clients' social presence. This is a hybrid role designed for a modern-day creator who is equally comfortable in front of the lens as they are behind a prompt.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-impact User-Generated Content (UGC), sleek static assets, and cutting-edge AI-enhanced creative. This isn't just about making pretty posts—it’s about performance. You will use data-driven insights to craft content that stops the scroll, builds trust, and ultimately drives conversions across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key responsibilities
- On-Camera Content Production: Act as the face and voice for various client brands, producing high-energy, authentic UGC-style videos that resonate with social audiences.
- End-to-End Creation: Script, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) and design high-converting static ads.
- AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools (like Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, or Runway) to enhance production value, swap backgrounds, generate voiceovers, or iterate on creative concepts at scale.
- Performance Creative Testing: Work with our media buyers to develop "Creative Strategist" muscles—testing different hooks, transitions, and CTAs to see what actually moves the needle.
- Trend Execution: Identify social trends and AI hacks early, pivoting creative quickly to keep our clients ahead of their competitors.
- Post-Production: Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva to polish content, ensuring every asset feels native to its platform while maintaining professional standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
