All-Round Content Creator
£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
Manchester
5 days a week in the studio
Music, storytelling and filmmaking come together in this rare opportunity to help build a creator-first content culture from the ground up. If you're a musician, filmmaker, editor or storyteller who thrives on variety and loves turning ideas into compelling content, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Our client is a global music technology business that is redefining how brands connect with audiences through storytelling. Rather than traditional marketing, they create authentic, entertaining and educational content built around musicians, artists, customers, products and the people behind them.
They are investing heavily in new creative studios, production facilities and AI-driven technology, creating an environment where ambitious creators can collaborate, experiment and produce exceptional content.
What You'll Do
(Apologies for the Gen X song references)
Workin' 9 to 5
This is not a narrowly defined content role. We're looking for a versatile creative who can develop an idea, write the story, film the content, conduct interviews, edit the final piece and bring it to life across multiple platforms. You will help produce everything from product stories and artist interviews through to educational content, documentaries, social media videos and behind-the-scenes features.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
