About Us

We are a pharma and cosmeceutical wholesaler and distribution company based in London W1, with an innovative product portfolio of outstanding at-home and professional aesthetic brands.

We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our Marketing team. Working across both B2B and B2C brands, you'll be responsible for creating engaging organic and paid social content that brings our brands to life, supports marketing campaigns, and drives brand awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading skincare and aesthetics brands within a fast-paced and growing business. The role is partly remote and requires a proactive, organised, and creative individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, supportive team. Prior experience within the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry is essential.

The Role

  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for organic social media and paid social advertising across multiple brands.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media content, ensuring it aligns with wider marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.
  • Produce creative assets for Meta and other paid social campaigns where required.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with each brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to create content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.
  • Assist in capturing content at training courses, events, and shoots.
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
  • Liaise with external agencies, creators, and third-party suppliers where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
