About the Job
We are looking for a Content Creator to grow our brand's visibility and engagement across social media, video, and other digital content channels. The ideal candidate combines strong creative and storytelling skills with a solid understanding of content strategy, and knows how to turn ideas into content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and edit engaging content (video, images, graphics, and written copy) for social media, website, and marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit copy for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and use insights to optimize future content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support community management by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building relationships with the audience.
- Coordinate with external freelancers, designers, or influencers when needed to support content production.
- Create and publish content in the CMS, and schedule and manage social media posts using SocialPilot.
- Generate weekly social media analytics reports, tracking and evaluating key performance metrics of previously published posts.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and their content formats.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging, platform-appropriate content.
- Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and prioritizing tasks in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
