The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading global agency looking for a talented Content Creator to join a fast-moving, content-first social studio working across a major global coffee brand and multiple European markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating social-first content at pace - from concepting and shooting through to editing and delivery.
And there's one particularly important ingredient: coffee. ☕️
We're specifically looking for someone who genuinely understands coffee and hospitality culture. Whether that's brewing techniques, latte art, café culture or knowing how to make the perfect coffee look irresistible on camera, you'll need to be comfortable turning that knowledge into engaging social content.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating social-first content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Producing short-form video, static and motion content
- Taking briefs from idea through to ready-to-publish execution
- Concepting culturally relevant ideas and reactive content
- Writing hooks, captions and short-form scripts
- Shooting, editing and finishing content for social
- Creating high volumes of content that can be adapted and localised across European markets
- Building templates, cut-downs, variants and reusable content formats
- Working closely with Social, Strategy, Data and Account teams
- Using GenAI tools to support ideation, production and content versioning
- Supporting both always-on social and larger campaign activity

What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first content across video and static
- Previous experience creating content for consumer/FMCG brands
- Coffee and/or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Confident shooting and editing content independently
- Strong understanding of social trends, platform behaviours and what drives engagement
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva and/or Figma
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple content streams
- Experience working within brand guidelines and approval processes
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for content creation and ideation
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
