Your new company
You'll be joining a rapidly growing hospitality group with a strong social-first mentality and an ambitious expansion strategy. The business has built a loyal customer base through exceptional food, distinctive branding and engaging digital content, and is looking for a creative content specialist to help take its social presence to the next level.
Your new role
As Content Manager, you'll take full ownership of organic social content across multiple London locations. This is a genuinely hands-on creative role where you'll be responsible for ideation, filming, editing, copywriting and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok. You'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to develop content strategies that drive engagement, audience growth and brand awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and producing engaging short-form content for social platforms.
- Filming on-site across multiple London locations.
- Managing content calendars and campaign planning.
- Writing creative, on-brand copy and captions.
- Monitoring and responding to comments, messages and community interactions.
- Developing creative assets for paid social campaigns.
- Analysing content performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Supporting wider marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience creating content professionally, either in-house or agency-side.
- A strong portfolio showcasing content you have personally created.
- Excellent video editing, copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and other short-form platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple locations.
- Hospitality, food & beverage or consumer brand experience would be advantageous.
