Social Content Creator

Salary: £40,000 - 49,000
Location: Manchester - 2 days in office

Our client is looking for a creative social specialist to join an established internal creative function and help shape how the organisation connects with its audience online. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands what makes content work on social, is comfortable taking ideas from concept to completion, and enjoys creating work that feels authentic rather than overly corporate. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own personality and creative judgement to the role, supported by a wider team of experienced creative professionals.

The Social Content Creator will create engaging, social-first content that brings the organisation’s brand and wider offering to life in a way that feels relevant, relatable and native to each platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
