Content Creator – Gone Rogue (Belfast / Dublin)
The Role
Gone Rogue is an advertising and marketing agency with zero patience for boring content. We're growing, and we need a Content Creator who can make a phone stop scrolling before the algorithm has woken up.
You'll report to our Creative Director / Digital Marketing team, working across social campaigns for clients who are keen to grow. If you've got opinions about pacing, hooks, and why nobody watches past three seconds unless it's earned - good. Bring them. Advertising and branding are changing; you can be part of the new era.
What's Involved
Mobile-first content, full stop. You have to get the vibe. Short and long-form video, stills, built for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with brands and clients to keep tone, visual identity and strategy tight, not just "on brand".
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & ideation — build social strategies that hold up against a scroll test and stay ahead of what's trending.
- Content production — shoot and edit video and stills that earn the stop, built mobile-first because that's where the audience lives.
- Project management — own the content calendar, plan it, manage it, write it, post it, refine it.
- Performance analysis — track what's working. KPIs they're how you know what to make next.
- Collaboration — sit with the creative team. Bring ideas, take feedback, argue your corner when it's worth arguing.
Who We're After
- Experience level's flexible. Taste and instinct aren't.

- Fluent in CapCut and Canva, minimum.
- Organised enough to run a content calendar.
- Proactive. We'd rather rein someone in than chase them.
- Flexibility on hours- content doesn't always happen nine to five.
