Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
Job Type: Full Time
Please note: This is not a remote role. We're looking for someone who can regularly work with us in London to film content, collaborate with the team and help bring the FORME brand to life.
About FORME
FORME designs premium fitness drinkware and accessories for people who want to get more from every day.
But we're building something much bigger than drinkware.
We believe the small things you do every day shape the bigger life you want. The morning shake. The commute. The workout. The workday.
It all stacks up.
We're looking for our first dedicated Content & Community Manager to help bring that idea to life.
If you're excited by building brands, creating great content and shaping the future of a growing consumer business, we'd love to hear from you.
Before You Read On...
This isn't a role where you'll simply be posting on social media.
You'll work directly with the founders and have a huge influence on how FORME looks, sounds and grows over the coming years.
We've recently completed a comprehensive brand repositioning and everything we're creating from this point forward is built around that vision.

Spend five minutes looking through it before reading on. If it excites you, there's a good chance you'll enjoy working here.
The Role
You'll own how FORME shows up online.
From creating content and launching products to managing our social channels and engaging with our community, you'll help shape how thousands of people experience the brand every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No two days will look the same. You might be filming a product launch, creating campaign content, visiting a gym, working with creators, replying to our community or testing new ideas.
You'll have genuine ownership from day one.
If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely shape a brand rather than simply execute someone else's ideas, this is it.

- Have a genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness. You're the sort of person who enjoys training, getting outdoors, discovering new brands or generally living an active lifestyle.
