Basecamp Talent is partnering with a fast-growing luxury travel business to hire a Content Creator Apprentice to join their marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves social media, has a creative eye and wants to build a career creating engaging content for a premium brand.
You'll help create everything from Instagram Reels and TikToks to behind-the-scenes content, destination features, campaigns and storytelling, learning how a modern travel brand captures attention and builds an engaged online community.
Working alongside an experienced team and closely with the founder, you'll gain hands-on experience across content creation, video production, social media, copywriting and digital marketing while completing your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship.
No formal experience is required, just creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

As a growing business, you'll have genuine responsibility from day one, work closely with the founder and play a real part in shaping the brand as it continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Creating engaging content across the company's social media channels
- Filming destination-inspired, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
- Brainstorming creative content ideas, trends and campaign concepts
- Writing captions and social copy that reflect the brand's tone of voice
- Helping tell stories that inspire people to discover new travel experiences
Video, Editing & Production
- Filming and editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar
- Creating engaging Reels, TikToks and other social-first content
- Supporting photoshoots and content days
- Organising creative assets and content libraries
Social Media & Community
- Assisting with content planning and scheduling
- Researching travel trends, creators and emerging content formats
- Supporting community engagement across social platforms
- Learning how content contributes to brand awareness and business growth
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitoring content performance and engagement
- Supporting reporting on reach, views and audience growth
- Learning how content insights shape future campaigns
Collaboration & Development
- Working closely with the founder and wider team
- Supporting campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Learning professional content creation workflows
- Completing your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship alongside practical experience

What We're Looking For
You don't need previous experience. Attitude, creativity and a willingness to learn matter most. You could be a great fit if you:
- Love social media and enjoy spotting trends
- Enjoy creating videos, taking photos or telling stories
- Have a creative mindset and regularly come up with new ideas
- Are interested in travel, lifestyle or luxury brands
- Are curious about what makes content perform well
- Enjoy learning new tools and developing new skills
- Are organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in
- Are confident sharing ideas and open to feedback
Bonus Points If You:
- Have used Canva, CapCut or other editing software
- Create your own content on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
- Enjoy photography, videography or video editing
- Have an interest in travel, hospitality or luxury brands
- Love spotting trends before everyone else
