Content Creator

HiJob is supporting a partner company in hiring a Content Creator with strong skills in content planning, social media communication, research, storytelling, and short-form video creation.

About the Role

This role is ideal for creative professionals who can understand a brand, develop relevant content ideas, and turn them into clear, engaging posts, videos, and campaigns for professional audiences.

What you’ll be working on

  • Creating content for social media, websites, campaigns, and professional communications
  • Developing ideas for posts, short-form videos, scripts, captions, and visual concepts
  • Researching industries, audiences, competitors, and relevant trends
  • Filming or supporting the production of short videos and promotional content
  • Writing engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action
  • Adapting content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Supporting content calendars and campaign planning
  • Collaborating with designers, marketing specialists, and business teams
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual direction
  • Reviewing content performance and improving future publications

What we’re looking for

  • Practical experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to research and understand a company, product, and target audience
  • Experience creating professional social media content
  • Confidence working with short-form video concepts and scripts
  • Basic filming, editing, or visual-content skills are an advantage
  • Strong storytelling and idea-development abilities
  • Creative, proactive, and organized approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple content tasks
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • A portfolio or examples of previous content are preferred
