The Role
We're looking for a creative Content Creator who knows how to stop people scrolling.
You'll be responsible for creating entertaining, engaging and story-driven content that builds a brand people genuinely connect with.
You'll uncover the stories behind Majority - from our founders and product designers to product launches, customer moments and behind-the-scenes insights and turn them into content people actually want to watch.
Whether you're interviewing our co-founders, filming a product launch, jumping on a trend or creating a viral Reel about vinyl, you'll own the creative process from idea through to publication.
You'll become one of the key voices behind the Majority brand.

Main responsibilities:

Create social-first content
- Plan, film and edit engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop attention-grabbing hooks that earn views and engagement.
- Turn technical products into the right balance of entertaining, relatable and informative content.
- Produce content around product launches, reviews & awards, tutorials, lifestyle content, trends and creator-style videos.
- Create longer form content for YouTube.
- Re-purpose content across multiple platforms where relevant.

Tell the Majority story
- Find and tell the stories that make people care about our brand and products.
- Help build an emotional connection between customers and the Majority brand.
- Interview founders, and team members to bring products and ideas to life.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments across the business.

Own the creative content process
- Pitch new content ideas every week.
- Stay on top of trends, formats and platform updates.
- Experiment with new concepts and learn from performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team on launches and campaigns.
- Create content that supports both brand awareness and commercial goals.

Be confident in front of and behind the camera
- Confidently present on camera where appropriate.
- Interview colleagues, partners and creators.
- Direct others during filming.
- Represent Majority at events, product launches and photoshoots.

- Measure what works

Key Skills/ Competencies
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics / audio products / music would be an advantage.
- Passionate about brand story-telling and social media.
- Finger on the pulse of all the latest social and cultural trends.
- Constantly spots ideas in everyday life.
- Comfortable on camera and directing others.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Can balance creativity with commercial thinking.
- Experience growing social channels organically.

You'll help make Majority the most engaging audio brand on social media by:
- Creating content people genuinely want to like and share.
- Growing our organic reach and engagement.

- Turning product launches into cultural moments.
