Job Title

Join a dynamic new online estate agency in Stirlingshire as a content creator, where your work will play a pivotal role in introducing a fresh, honest, and transparent brand to the local property market.

About the Role

This on-site opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about building a compelling content library that resonates with a non-corporate audience. You will collaborate closely with the agency team to develop engaging content that reflects the agency’s values and helps establish its presence in the region.

Deliverables

  • Develop a diverse content library, including written, visual, and video assets tailored to the Stirlingshire property market.
  • Create and schedule social media posts that highlight the agency’s unique approach and local expertise.
  • Produce content that introduces the agency to the community and builds brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with the agency’s honest and transparent ethos.
  • Monitor engagement and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within property, real estate, or local business sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to produce engaging, authentic content across multiple formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices for audience engagement.
  • Ability to work on-site in Stirlingshire and collaborate with a small, agile team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the local area and property market is highly desirable.
