German-Speaking Content Creator

London (Hybrid) | £40K

Are you a natural on camera, fluent in German, and obsessed with what makes an ad stop the scroll? A fast-scaling D2C brand is expanding into the DACH region and wants a German-speaking creator to lead its local voice.

This is part content creator, part creative strategist. You'll front the brand's German-language ads, shape the scripts and concepts behind them, and make sure everything going live in German feels native rather than translated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, concept and appear on camera in German-language paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, from short punchy hooks through to longer-form scripts
  • Source, brief, and manage German-speaking UGC creators, and give feedback grounded in performance data and brand guidelines
  • Brief video editors and designers on German-language creative and review their output for cultural and linguistic fit
  • Act as final sign-off on German-language ad creative before launch
  • Partner with the creative strategy team to take winning concepts from other markets and adapt them for a German audience
  • Keep a close eye on German consumer culture, social trends, and competitor activity across DACH

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
