Content Creator – Health & Wellness Consumer Business

Lancashire - 3 or more days in the office
up to £40,000 + Bonus, Healthcare & Pension

A high-growth health & wellness consumer business is hiring its first dedicated Content Creator - a multidisciplinary maker who can turn a single idea into the piece people stop for, save, and send to a friend. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who lives in the comments section, thrives in the edit suite, and knows exactly how to make content feel native, current and worth sharing.

The Role

You’ll be the engine behind our social presence - shooting, editing and producing content across TikTok, Instagram and Reels. You’ll work closely with the Creative Content Director and Creative Producer, but this is a doing role, not a planning one. Expect fast turnarounds, reactive moments, and a culture where feedback is direct, fast and sometimes brutal. Resilience and pragmatism are essential.

This is a broad content role: one day you’re shooting pack shots, the next you’re accompanying founders on trips to LA capturing behind-the-scenes moments. Evenings and weekends will be part of the rhythm - social moves fast, and so do we.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Candidate Profile. We're looking for:

  • A multidisciplinary creator with a strong pulse on internet culture, platform trends and the content industry.
  • Someone who's confident shooting both photography and video across studio, location and event environments.
  • Strong technical skills across editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite + platform-native tools).
  • Proven ability to make entertaining content that still lands a brand message.
  • Someone who's comfortable working reactively and at pace - evenings/weekends when needed.
  • Freelance or brand-side backgrounds both welcome.

This is the first hire in this function and someone must be comfortable doing everything with no one to delegate to. We need someone who is resilient & pragmatic with experience in health, fitness or premium DTC ideally, but is not essential.
