Be our in-house influencer... 🎥

We’re looking for a confident, creative and engaging Content Creator to become one of the faces of learning at Chilled Pubs.

This is your chance to become an internal influencer — creating content our teams actually want to watch, helping people learn their roles, build confidence and master the everyday tasks that make our pubs great.

You’ll spend a lot of time on camera, presenting, demonstrating and bringing training content to life in a way that feels natural, entertaining and unmistakably Chilled.

Think short-form videos, practical demonstrations, quizzes, challenges and microlearning — short, snappy, easy-to-watch content that our teams can dip into while they’re on shift.

About Chilled Pubs

We’re Chilled Pubs — seven food-led gastro pubs across the Midlands, built around seriously good food, warm hospitality and teams full of personality.

Our mission is to Inspire Togetherness 💫

We’re creating an industry-leading learning experience for every person who joins us — and this role will play a huge part in making that happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take knowledge from our hospitality teams and turn it into engaging, memorable learning content.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Presenting and appearing on camera to deliver engaging training content
  • Creating short, snappy microlearning content designed to be watched easily during a shift
  • Researching, planning and scripting content
  • Filming and editing engaging videos
  • Creating supporting content such as quizzes, images, guides and visual explainers
  • Using Parta.io to build and publish interactive SCORM learning packages
  • Turning existing training materials into engaging digital learning experiences
  • Travelling between our pubs to capture real tasks, people and examples
  • Working with colleagues who appear in content and helping them feel comfortable on camera
  • Keeping learning content accurate, relevant and up to date
  • Coming up with new and creative ways to make learning more engaging

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with SCORM authoring tools or Parta.io would be a bonus, but training will be provided.

We want to see your personality! 💥

We’re less interested in formal qualifications and more interested in what you can actually create.

We want someone who can make a team member want to keep watching, while making sure they’ve actually learned something.

Experience in video creation, presenting, scriptwriting, social media, hospitality, training or digital learning would all be useful.

We’d also love to see a portfolio or examples of anything you’ve created, where possible. This could include videos, social content, articles, presentations, graphics, training resources or anything else that shows us how you bring ideas to life.

If you’re confident, creative, love being on camera and want to become one of the faces of learning at Chilled Pubs, we’d love to hear from you. 🎥

Feel free to send over additional material or portfolios by emailing it to recruitment@chilledpubs.co.uk
