We’re looking for a confident, creative Content Creator to become one of the faces of learning at Chilled Pubs.
This isn’t a social media or external marketing role. You’ll take knowledge from our hospitality operators and turn it into clear, memorable and entertaining content that helps our teams learn their roles and master everyday tasks.
Think YouTube-style videos, practical demonstrations, quizzes, visual explainers, articles and useful content people actually want to engage with.
About Chilled Pubs:
We’re Chilled Pubs — seven food-led gastro pubs across the Midlands, built around seriously good food, warm hospitality and teams full of personality.
Our mission is to Inspire Togetherness 💫
We’re creating an industry-leading induction experience for every person who joins us, whatever their role — and this position will play a huge part in making that happen.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll own the creative process from beginning to end, including:
- Understanding what our teams need to learn & choosing the best way to bring that to life
- Researching, planning and scripting content
- Presenting confidently and naturally on camera
- Filming and editing engaging videos
- Creating quizzes, articles, images, guides and visual explainers
- Mainly based at our Central Support base above The Joiners Arms, Quarndon - but frequently travelling around our pubs to capture real tasks, people and examples
- Coaching and supporting others who appear on camera
- Keeping existing learning content accurate and up to date

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
