Influencer Marketing Manager & Content Creator

About the role
Alayd is a London-based content production and social media marketing agency working with clients across the UK, US, and Dubai. We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager who can also get in front of (and behind) the camera — someone who can run creator campaigns end-to-end and isn't afraid to be hands-on with content creation when a shoot needs it.
What you'll do
- Source, vet, and manage influencers and creators across multiple client campaigns
- Provide creative direction and write scripts/briefs for creator content
- Act as the day-to-day link between clients and creators — managing communication, expectations, and delivery
- Get on-site with clients to film and create content directly when needed
- Keep multiple campaigns organized and moving on schedule across different clients and verticals

What we're looking for
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent/creator management, or a closely related field
- Strong creative instincts — you can write a hook, direct a shoot, and know what makes content actually perform
- Comfortable on camera and confident creating content yourself, not just briefing others
- Excellent organisational skills — able to juggle several client campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong communicator — equally comfortable managing a client relationship and negotiating with a creator
- A portfolio or reel that shows both your creative output and campaigns you've run
