About Forza Academy
Forza Academy is a premium 1-to-1 youth football coaching business based in Maidenhead. We're looking for a creative, self-motivated intern to capture and edit content from our sessions, helping us build a standout social presence and showcase what we do.
What you'll do:
- Film coaching sessions, camps, and player highlights on location
- Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok content
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage that brings our brand and coaches to life
- Work closely with the founder and content team to develop ideas and campaigns
- Turn raw footage around quickly to keep our channels active and current

What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- A keen eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling in sport and lifestyle content
- Confident shooting on camera or phone, and editing in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of what performs on social - trends, hooks, and formats
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working pitchside in an active environment
- An interest in football or sport is a big plus
- Own equipment welcome but not essential
