Content Creator

Bury

Up to £40k

We are looking for a talented and proactive Content Creator to join our client’s creative team and help bring their products and stories to life through compelling visual content.

Our Client

A leading fashion group that supplies through an international B2B network.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who doesn’t wait for a brief to spot a good story. You’ll be responsible for identifying, creating and delivering engaging photography, video and social-first content that supports commercial objectives. From planned campaigns and product launches to behind-the-scenes moments and reactive social content, you’ll turn ideas and opportunities into high-quality creative assets.

You’ll work across multiple brands, audiences and platforms, balancing planned projects with fast-moving requests. You’ll also play an important role in making better use of existing photography, video and campaign assets — finding fresh ways to repurpose, refresh and extend their value across digital and print.

We’re looking for someone energetic, curious and commercially minded who can take an idea from concept through to final delivery, work independently and collaborate confidently with teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging photography, video and social-first content that supports commercial objectives.
  • Plan, capture and edit content from concept through to final delivery.
  • Produce both planned campaign content and fast-turnaround reactive content.
  • Proactively identify products, people, stories and business activity that could become engaging content.
  • Repurpose existing photography, video and campaign assets into fresh, platform-ready content.
  • Adapt creative for different brands, audiences, channels and formats.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative, Campaigns, Digital, Product Development and Commercial teams.
  • Use AI and emerging creative technologies to improve workflows, efficiency and content production.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future creative output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
