About Smartech:
Smartech is the home of innovation, a destination where people discover, try, and experience the world's most exciting technology, health, gaming, and lifestyle brands. Our experience-led concept stores, based in London and New York, give the best brands in the world a stage to connect with curious, discerning consumers.
Our brand partner roster includes names like Amazon, PlayStation, Whoop, Loop Earplugs, LG, Devialet, and dozens more across tech, audio, health, and mobility. We don't just stock brands, we build platforms for them.
The Role
This is a creative production role at the heart of how Smartech and its brand partners show up to the world. You'll be the person turning campaign ideas, product launches, and in-store moments into compelling content — graphics, video, copy, and social-first assets — produced fast and to a high standard.
Think of how Sephora or Selfridges produce slick, brand-consistent content across social, email, and in-store screens at speed. That's the spirit of this role. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media lead to bring campaign concepts to life visually, using both traditional design skills and modern AI tools to move from brief to finished asset quickly.
This isn't a role where you wait for a finished brief and execute literally — you'll be expected to bring creative judgement, suggest better visual directions, and use AI tools to speed up production without ever letting quality slip.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
