Company: Interactive Schools

About the Role

Experience: Minimum 1 year in content creation / social media
Specialism: Content Creator & Social Media Expert
Remuneration: Base Salary

Interactive Schools is looking for a Content Creator to own how we show up online - across our own social channels, and through the LinkedIn profiles of our senior team.

You'll own three things: our company social channels, the LinkedIn profiles of our senior team, and our creative output across our content channels (social, blogs, case studies, video). This includes making our existing work go further - turning webinars, talks, podcasts, and client projects into blogs, clips and posts.

We care about craft. Schools buy on story and quality, so the work has to look and read brilliantly. It also has to do a job - reach the right people and start the right conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and run the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and other key channels
  • Create short-form video, carousels, stills and written posts - from idea to published
  • Edit and cut longer video into clips, highlights and social content
  • Write LinkedIn content for key team members, in their voice
  • Run regular sessions with the senior team to pull out their thinking and turn it into content
  • Capture and edit content at the office, events and conferences
  • Turn our project work into stories - launches, case studies, behind-the-scenes craft
  • Repurpose webinars, talks and workshops into blogs, video and posts across key channels
  • Report on performance by audience and format, and refine activity to keep improving results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
