Content Creator
We're looking for an ambitious Content Creator to play a pivotal role in delivering our brand and marketing plans. You'll support the content needs of the team across paid and organic channels as we scale our output while keeping everything on brand, high quality, and highly engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Editing
- Produce content for paid and organic channels across a range of formats.
- Editing team videos for organic and paid channels alongside Marketing Manager and Exec.
- Supporting the social team with regular posting across national and regional channels.
- Help build emails in Klaviyo.
Design
- Basic design across Canva, Figma, Klaviyo, and Adobe Suite.
- Build and maintain templates for the wider team.
Creative Guardian
- Champion consistency of tone, look, and feel across all touchpoints, ensuring our brand shows up consistently in every channel.
- Support briefing and reviewing campaign creative, ensuring it fits our tone of voice and delivers results.

Social and Brand Presence
- Work with the social team to make sure social activity, from ideation through to content planning, ladders up to brand and campaign goals.
Research & Insights
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer behaviour, turning insights into opportunities for the brand.
- Stay close to trends in the property market and wider consumer behaviour, bringing fresh ideas that move us forward.
- Use performance data to test, learn, and optimise.
What are you bringing to the team?
You are:
- A proactive, passionate marketer with a track record of creating content that performs.
- Video native, with working knowledge of design tools e.g. Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- You thrive on working collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders.
- You’re creative and always looking for ways to strengthen the brand and deliver value.
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- You’re motivated by our mission and excited about shaping the future of a much-loved brand.
