About Us

Founded in Manchester in 2021, 33mm is a fashion brand inspired by nostalgia, cinema and the enduring romance of times gone by.

Creative is at the heart of everything we do. We've built 33mm through a social first approach to storytelling and marketing, with over 1,000 ad creatives currently live across Meta.

We're looking for an exceptional Content Creator to join our creative team and help us push that standard even further.

All applicants must submit a portfolio alongside their CV.

The Role

We're looking for a highly creative, culturally aware Content Creator with an exceptional eye for what makes people stop, watch and engage.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be given a brief and asked to execute it.

We want someone who brings ideas to the table, has opinions about creative, constantly finds references and inspiration, and wants to make work that stands out.

  • You'll take ideas from concept through to final execution; ideating, shooting and editing social first content that brings the world of 33mm to life.
  • You'll need to understand the difference between content that simply looks good and content that actually performs.
  • You'll combine strong taste and storytelling with an understanding of hooks, pacing, platform behaviour and creative performance.

We're looking for someone with a genuinely high creative standard who wants to continually improve their craft.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
