Rather than being based in an office every day, you will spend time out with our catering teams at festivals, weddings, corporate events, private parties and other bookings, creating engaging content for our social media channels.
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will:
- Attend events and catering jobs to capture content
- Take photographs and videos of our food, vans, team and events
- Create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook posts and YouTube Shorts
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and customer experiences
- Film food preparation, cooking and serving
- Edit photographs and short-form videos for social media
- Help plan, schedule and publish content
- Research current social media trends and identify opportunities for new content
- Suggest creative ideas for videos, campaigns and social media posts
- Help promote our menus, catering services and upcoming events
- Monitor social media performance and learn from what works well
- Respond to and engage with our online audience where appropriate
- Keep our photography and video library organised
- Work with the Bears Street Food team to understand and deliver content requirements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
