- Capture to a brief and give our editor clear direction so the cuts come back on brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Self-shot content (your remote day)
- Film and edit your own quick-turnaround pieces: reactions, hobby takes, trend responses, desk unboxings.
- Turn them around fast. A trend that's three days old is a trend we've missed.
- Use CapCut or similar. These don't go through our editor, they go straight out.
Ideas and formats
- Work closely with the community and performance marketing leads to review performance and plan what comes next.
- Develop new recurring video segments and spot what's working across platforms.
- Own the concept and script for each piece and keep the Master Social Planner up to date with clear production status.
We're a small team delivering on a large scale, therefore you will get exposure to many different areas of the business which will require your contribution. Other responsibilities might include:
- Supporting community engagement across Facebook, Instagram and Discord
- Inputting into competition ideation and the content calendar
- Assisting with live draws and set-ups to ensure brand consistency
Working Environment
- Two days a week: one day in our Bath office for produced content and team sessions, one day remote for self-shot content, scripting and planning. Days to be agreed and kept consistent.
- Employed, not freelance: a part-time employed role, so you get holiday, pension and a regular income while keeping three days a week for your own work.
- Flexibility required: occasional evening or weekend work around our bi-weekly live streams, always agreed well in advance.
- Room to grow: if the content works, there's scope for more days, more formats and more ownership.

Essential Skills / What You'll Bring
- Unstoppable energy and the ability to connect through the screen in a fun and authentic way.
- An existing channel or portfolio that proves it. We care far more about this than a CV.
- The ability to self-shoot and self-edit to a decent standard. Not broadcast quality, but fast, watchable and on brand.
- Confidence to script and produce your own pieces, not just present them.
- Comfortable capturing to a brief and directing what an editor needs on the produced pieces.
We're open to candidates from all backgrounds however the following would be advantageous.
- A genuine interest in our core categories, because it reads instantly on camera when it isn't there.
- An existing on-camera following in the collectibles, trading card or gaming space
- Experience creating paid social or UGC-style ad content
- Background in ecommerce marketing, gambling or iGaming
The honest bit
We know good creators have their own thing going on and we're not trying to stop that. Two days a week leaves you three for your own work and we'd rather you kept building it. What we do need to agree up front is what we own, how we can use your likeness after you move on and where the line sits on competing content in our niche. Better to be clear now than awkward later.
How we'll assess it
Reel or channel first, then a paid trial day on our product with our brief. We'd rather pay you to show us than guess from a showreel.
