Content Creator (Videos & Visuals – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
NestAway (nestaway.org) | Equity-based · 20 hrs/week · Remote/Hybrid (UK/Europe/India)
NestAway is an online platform dedicated exclusively to the nature-led, eco and conscious-living sector — stays, learning, events and purposeful travel focused on sustainability and regenerative living.
Facilitators (hosts, educators and service providers), also known as Nesters, can register their activities free of charge and expose them to millions of potential participants (guests, visitors and students), also known as Nesties, who are looking to discover and book their next meaningful experience.
Role Description
Create short-form videos, motion graphics and social media assets that bring the NestAway mission to life. We especially welcome applicants who are deeply connected to current social media trends, formats and audience behaviour — people who naturally create content that feels timely, engaging, authentic and native to each platform.

What you’ll do
- Edit Reels, Stories, explainers and testimonials
- Create motion graphics, carousels, Reels and videos
- Develop engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Keep content timely, platform-native and on-brand
- Stay closely connected to current social media trends, formats and audience behaviour to keep content fresh and engaging
- Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to turn ideas and campaigns into strong visual content
What you need
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, graphics and/or motion design
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / CapCut and After Effects
- Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator
- Experience creating short-form social media content
- A strong understanding of current social media trends and what makes content engaging
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage start-up environment
- Ability to source authentic, real footage and visual content from the internet and creatively incorporate it into your work
