Content Creator
We have an opportunity for a Content Creator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working across all Nugent brands, you will be responsible for capturing the story of Nugent - from our people and products to our customers and events - creating compelling content that strengthens our brand across digital and print channels.
This role will be based mainly at our headquarters in Galbally but will require frequent travel to other sites in Magherafelt and Coalisland, as well as occasional travel to trade shows and dealer depots.
The Role
- Develop and maintain a content plan aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and business priorities.
- Create high-quality multimedia content that supports the Group marketing strategy and meets required brand standards and guidelines, with a particular emphasis on photography and video.
- Capture content from manufacturing, customer, dealer and on-site environments while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
- Organise all aspects and logistics of photography and video shoots.
- Work with sales and technical teams to understand the key features of products to be captured and promoted.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and reflects the company's values and professional standards.
- Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring content is organised and easily accessible.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns by creating people-focused content.
- Edit content for use across social media, websites, digital campaigns and marketing literature.
- Attend trade shows to capture live and engaging content.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends and how these can be appropriately applied to the brand.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate progress accurately.

- Highly creative approach with the ability to bring new ideas.
- Strong visual eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to get involved across all areas of the business.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Confidence engaging with colleagues, customers and dealers to capture authentic content.

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in content creation, photography, videography or a similar creative role.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills.
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in drone photography/videography would be advantageous.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment.
