One Good Thing (OGT) and Footballher Present an Exciting Opportunity
One Good Thing (OGT) and Footballher present an exciting, unique opportunity for a content creator to work across two fast-paced start-up brands across the food and fashion sectors.
About the Companies
One Good Thing is an FMCG brand which manufactures and sells the world’s first wrapper-free energy bars to an audience of active outdoors fanatics. We’re a start-up with big ambitions, looking to disrupt the food sector by removing plastic - one wrapper at a time!
Footballher is building a brand for the women and girls who show up, train hard, and love the game, growing from one father’s mission to make women’s football clothing for his daughter.
Both businesses are in phases of rapid growth and require an exceptional candidate who is willing to work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates in the office and get the amazing stories of our journeys into the world.
About You
The successful candidate will live and breathe social media with a clear passion for great ideas, content creation and editing, and growing online followings. You may already have a TikTok or Instagram following; you may have managed pages or communities before; what we want is someone who is an avid daily user of social media for whom creating great content comes naturally. You will be confident both in front of and behind the camera.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
