We're hiring a Content Creator for Select Generation FC in Bournemouth for the 2026/27 season. SGFC is a player development club heading into its second season with a bigger squad and a busier fixture list. We need someone on the ground capturing what's happening and turning it into content that represents the club at a high level.

What you'd be doing

You'd be the video, photo, and graphics lead for SGFC. That means matchday content, training content, player interviews, and personality pieces that bring the squad to life on social media. On a typical week that looks like attending 2 matches and 1 training session, shooting photos and short-form video, creating matchday graphics (pre-match, starting XI, full-time, man of the match), and posting content across the SGFC accounts. Around 10 hours a week, part-time, with flexibility around your other commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
