Company Description
50FIFTY CREATIVES is a UK-based creative marketing and social-first content agency founded by brother-and-sister duo Mathu and Thirsi.
We help brands become businesses people actually recognise, talk about and remember through creative strategy, short-form content, storytelling and social media.
Our work spans hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, social enterprises and growing businesses across the UK. In just over a year, our work has contributed to more than 100 million organic views across the brands we’ve worked with.
We’re not interested in creating content simply for the sake of posting. We look for the story, personality or idea that makes somebody stop scrolling.
As 50FIFTY continues to grow, we’re looking for another creative person to become an important part of the team.
Role Description
Content Creator & Social Media Executive
Full Time | UK Based | £28,000–£30,000
This is a hands-on creative role covering the entire content process.
- You’ll work closely with our founders across multiple client accounts, helping take ideas from concept through to filming, editing and publishing.
- No two weeks will necessarily look the same. You could be filming content at a restaurant one day, shooting at a hotel the next, editing a TikTok, creating a carousel or developing the next campaign idea with the team.
- You’ll be responsible for creating and editing short-form content, attending and filming shoots, editing primarily using CapCut, creating graphics and carousels in Canva, writing captions, uploading and scheduling posts, managing client Stories, organising footage and maintaining our Google Drive content library, supporting monthly analytics and social media reports, creating content for 50FIFTY itself and, importantly, contributing your own creative concepts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We don’t want someone who needs to be told exactly what to do every day.
We want someone who can eventually walk into a shoot and say:
“I’ve got an idea…”
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys social media and creating content.
- You should have strong working knowledge of CapCut and be comfortable taking raw footage and turning it into engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
- You should also be confident using Canva and have a good visual eye for carousels, graphics, Stories and other social assets.
- You’ll need to understand Instagram and TikTok, hooks, trends and social-first storytelling.
- You should be comfortable filming on a phone, working across different locations and interacting with different people and businesses.
- Organisation is also important. You’ll be helping manage content across several brands simultaneously, so you need to be able to keep footage, deadlines, content calendars and deliverables organised.
But we’re not expecting you to know everything already.
Curiosity, creativity, initiative and willingness to learn are more important to us than having the perfect background.

We’re particularly interested in people who naturally consume content, notice trends and constantly think about how an idea could be adapted into something new.
Qualifications
We’re much more interested in what you can create than what’s written on a piece of paper.
- You do not need a particular university degree to apply.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience creating social media content, strong CapCut skills, working knowledge of Canva, an understanding of Instagram and TikTok, basic filming/content-production ability and examples of content you’ve previously created.
- Agency, marketing or professional content experience is useful, but not essential if you can demonstrate that you’ve got the creativity, ability and attitude we’re looking for.
How To Apply
Please don’t send us a traditional CV.
You’re applying for a job creating content, so we want your application to be content.
- Create a short video that makes us stop scrolling.
- Think of the video as your CV.
- Tell us who you are, show us what you’ve done, demonstrate your editing, show us your personality and explain why you think you’d be a great addition to 50FIFTY.
- Don’t just tell us you’re creative.
- Show us. Market yourself.
Send your application video to admin@50fiftycreatives.com.
