Parouge is a growing UK fragrance brand built around a simple belief: fragrance shouldn’t be saved for special occasions. Now is the occasion.

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to join us on a part-time freelance basis and help bring the Parouge world to life online.

This is a hands-on creative role. We’re looking for someone who can not only come up with ideas but also confidently create content and engage with our audience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Developing creative content ideas, concepts, and social media trends that fit the Parouge brand
  • Filming natural, relatable, and visually appealing content featuring our fragrances
  • Supporting the planning of our weekly social media content
  • Hosting TikTok Lives and helping us develop our live-selling strategy
  • Demonstrating and talking about our fragrances confidently during live sessions
  • Turning everyday moments into relevant content for Parouge
  • Supporting the creation of content that can be tested for paid social advertising
  • Bringing fresh ideas for growing engagement, community, and brand awareness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media culture
  • Enjoy creating short-form video content
  • Be able to communicate naturally and confidently during TikTok Lives
  • Have a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
  • Be proactive and regularly bring new content ideas to the table
  • Understand how to create content that feels natural rather than overly promotional

Previous experience creating content for a beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brand would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential if you can demonstrate strong content creation skills.

Hours

We’re looking to start at approximately 5 hours per week, with the potential for the role to grow as Parouge grows.

The role is remote/online, although you must be based in the UK.

How to apply

Please send:

  • A short introduction about yourself
  • Links to your TikTok/Instagram or examples of content you’ve created
  • Any relevant experience with content creation, social media, or TikTok Live
  • A few sentences on why you’d like to work with Parouge

Rates will be discussed during the interview.

If you love creating content, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and would enjoy helping build the social presence of an emerging fragrance brand, we’d love to hear from you.
