Exciting Opportunity for a Talented Content Creator

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented content creator to support the launch of a brand-new padel facility in Sunderland. This role involves producing a series of engaging social media reels to promote the vision and plans for the venue, which includes six padel courts and an ancillary cafe. The content will play a key role in generating community interest and encouraging public support through the council planning portal. The project is time-sensitive, requiring completion within one week, and offers the chance to contribute to a unique sports initiative in the North East.

Deliverables

  • Develop and produce a series of high-quality social media reels tailored for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Capture the excitement and vision of the new padel facility, highlighting its features and community benefits.
  • Create content that encourages viewers to submit letters of support via the council planning portal.
  • Collaborate on-site in Sunderland to capture footage and ensure content authenticity.
  • Deliver all final assets within the agreed one-week timeframe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating compelling social media content, particularly short-form video reels.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate a vision and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and social media publishing tools.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with availability to be on-site in Sunderland as needed.
  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sports, fitness, or community projects is a plus.
