Lympstone, Devon
Full or part-time
£28,000 - £33,000 DOE

As a vet-owned independent practice, St David’s Poultry Team is the largest commercial poultry veterinary practice in the UK and Ireland.

We’re excited to be looking for a skilled, creative and proactive Content Creator to join our busy team and work on a wide variety of marketing and communication projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys generating ideas, creating engaging content across multiple platforms, and spotting opportunities to help strengthen our brand and customer relationships. We’re open to this being a full or part-time role.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion or interest in agriculture, animal health, and science communication but most importantly the ability to craft clear, engaging, and informative content that supports our clients, educates poultry producers, and enhances our overall presence.

The Role

Working with the Marketing Manager, you will manage content and marketing projects from start to finish, working with colleagues across the business to produce high-quality content that is informative and engaging. The workload will be varied – you could be writing an article, managing a filming project on a farm, creating social media content, or developing materials for our product range or industry event.

This role will be based at our head office near Exeter with some travel as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
