🛰️ About Aureum

Aureum is bringing satellite intelligence to... literally everyone.

Satellites can tell us what is happening across the real world. Ports, mines, factories, farms and forests all leave signals. Earth has a pulse, but almost nobody has the tools to hear it.

Today, governments and big banks pay millions to turn satellite intel into answers before the news headlines break.

Everyone else gets those headlines after it matters.

We think that is wild (in a bad way).

Aureum lets anyone ask a question about anywhere on Earth (in plain English) and get a clear answer (also in plain English) backed by real-world evidence.

Our thesis is simple: nobody gives a sh*t about space — and that is totally fine.

But, what does that even mean?

Well, here's an example: Google Maps took insanely complex space tech and made it useful to billions (literally everyone). Nobody opens Google Maps and thinks "woah, cool space tech." No, what they think is, "how do I get here?" — That's all. Nobody gives a sht about space, but everybody gives a sht about getting answers.

Aureum is doing the same for everything else satellites can tell us about Earth, not just directions.

We are starting with investors tracking the physical economy, but the vision is much bigger: anyone should be able to ask the Earth a question and get an answer.

That future only happens if people discover what they can now ask.

And that, my friend, is where you come in.

📸 What you’ll do

You will own how Aureum shows up to the world: Insta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Not just social posting. Finding the story, deciding how to tell it, shooting it, editing it, publishing it and learning what to do next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Find the story: Turn market events, satellite discoveries, product breakthroughs and founder arguments into ideas people want to watch. A blocked port. A growing mine. A new AI data centre being built. A news claim that does not match what is happening on the ground.
  • Make the thing: Write the hook and script. Direct the founders & team. Shoot, edit and publish the final work. Create long-form YouTube videos and native content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
  • Build the engine: Test ideas quickly. Read the retention, shares, comments and saves. Drop what fails. Pull apart what works and build more from it. Work toward one strong long-form video and two or three native shorts each week. We will amplify organic winners with paid spend.

This is a founding role. The founders bring the expertise, access, arguments and product truth. You own the taste, framing and attention.

If we are explaining something badly, tell us. Then show us the better version.

🏆 Who you are

You are a writer and internet storyteller who can make good video.

You might be finishing university, recently graduated, self-taught or making great work alongside another job. You do not need a degree, agency experience or knowledge of satellites and finance.

You will need:

  • Strong story instincts and the ability to write a real hook.
  • Work we can watch, feel and remember. Personal projects totally count.
  • Enough shooting and editing ability to take an idea from start to finish.
  • A native understanding of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Evidence that you understand audiences and communities, not only aesthetics.
  • The confidence to work independently and challenge the founders (we are not precious about our ideas. We care about making the work better).
  • The ability to move quickly without creating AI-slop content (we're an AI-native company, but quality matters - use AI as needed, but don't let it become a lazy out).

Your work does not need to look expensive. Lo-fi can work. Weak narrative cannot. You still need to know your way around CapCut, Premiere or whatever tools you prefer.

Your following does not need to be huge either. We would rather see 2,000 engaged followers built in three months than 100,000 passive followers collected over five years.

We care about what you have made and how quickly you test, learn and improve.

📱 How we work at Aureum

✅ How to apply:

Do not send a cover letter, instead, give us a 10 second script about you. Hook, middle, end (hopefully less than 200 characters). LinkedIn Easy Apply may require you to submit a CV - If your CV is just your name, email + links to a portfolio and short/long-form content examples then 👨🏻‍🍳🤌🏻💋 (It's 2026, LinkedIn is literally your CV, we don't need a PDF to see it twice).
