Content Creator (TikTok & Short-Form)
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Head of Brand
Works with: Senior Creative Content Producer, Influencer & Gifting Coordinator, freelancers
Salary Scale: £30k–£36k
You will be the engine of Naked Wolfe on TikTok. You'll plan, film, edit and post content daily, and appear on camera yourself alongside outsourced talent.
Responsibilities
- Own the TikTok content plan and posting calendar, in line with launches and campaigns
- Plan, film and edit short-form video in-house: styling, try-ons, behind the scenes, studio life, trends and launches
- Appear on camera regularly as a voice of the brand
- Work with the creative team and freelancers on bigger shoots and edits
- Spot and act on trends, sounds and formats fast
- Community management on TikTok: comments, duets, stitches and replies
- Track performance weekly (views, watch time, saves, shares, follower growth) and adjust
- Repurpose TikTok content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Support TikTok Shop and live shopping if you plan to open it
- Cover in-store, event and IRL activation content
- Supply raw footage and cut-downs for paid social

About you
- Experience creating TikTok content for a brand or your own channel, with examples that performed
- Confident and natural on camera
- Strong phone filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- Obsessed with fashion, footwear and internet culture
- Fast-moving, organised and happy to create every day
