The Content Creator Mission
Bring our brand to life across social media through engaging, distinctive content. Working closely within the Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll create, shoot and edit content day-to-day, playing an active role in shoots, events, activations and wider brand moments that connect with our community and elevate our cult jewellery brand.

- Create engaging, social-first content across all platforms - from quick-turnaround posts to polished campaign assets.
- Act as a recurring on-screen talent for A&M channels while confidently capturing stills and motion behind the camera using iPhone and DSLR setups.
- Own projects from initial planning through to post-production and publishing, editing to a high standard using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or mobile tools to ensure assets are platform-ready and on-brand.
- Develop fresh content formats and themes alongside the Creative and Marketing teams, keeping a close eye on emerging social trends and translating them into the A&M world.
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Work alongside the in-house photographer, Events and Influencer teams to capture behind-the-scenes content, social cut-downs and campaign assets that bring brand moments and activations to life.
- Collaborate with the Associate Producer and Creative team to plan shoots, managing day-to-day logistics including equipment, props, product samples and shoot schedules.
- Partner with the Social Media Manager to plan content themes and align production with the publishing schedule.
- Own day-to-day community management, actively responding to comments and messages in A&M’s signature tone of voice.
- Track KPIs and social insights to continuously measure performance, using key learnings to drive engagement and audience growth.

What you'll need to thrive:
- A values champion and brand ambassador our values must resonate deeply with you
- 1 to 2 years experience in content creation, social media management or a similar role, or a standout personal portfolio and strong social presence.
- Confident shooting stills and motion on iPhone and DSLR, supported by strong technical knowledge of cameras and a distinctive visual eye for engaging content.
- Strong video editing skills across professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut alongside mobile editing tools.
- Hands-on experience managing social channels end to end, from planning and publishing to community management, tracking KPIs and using insights to refine content.
- Passionate about social trends and culturally aware, with strong written communication skills, a natural feel for captions, and an instinct for A&M tone of voice.
- Highly organised, proactive and hands on, with the flexibility and collaborative mindset to thrive in a small, fast moving creative team.
