LinkedIn Ad - Social Content Creator (Freelance, 1 day a week)

About Us

Sunday Treat is looking for a talented, driven, and creative Social Content Creator to join our growing team one day a week. We produce and make video content for social, online, and broadcast for a wealth of clients across consumer and business-facing brands. Our projects range from small-scale set-ups to full-scale narrative television commercials and everything in between.

In the past year, we’ve produced content for Google, Disney, Revolut, and Vodafone across the UK, Europe, and US.

We find the fun, injecting elements of humour and candour into every project we do, both in terms of the final output and the process of getting there. We're a small, passionate team who punch well above our weight and love the work that we do. Now we want someone to help us tell that story on social… you can view our social tone on TikTok @sundaytreatcreative

This role has the potential but no requirement to evolve into a full-time future role.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves short-form video (especially TikTok) and who can turn the everyday life of a creative agency into content people want to watch. You'll be confident both in front of the camera and behind it.

You should have a feel for the platform: hooks, trends, sounds, and formats. Just as importantly, you'll be an ideas person who can plan ahead, filling a content calendar. We want someone who will get properly embedded in the Sunday Treat culture, get to know the team and the work, and find the fun in all of it.

This is a freelance role of one day a week in our Paddington office, ideally Wednesdays, with the potential for additional ad hoc paid days on shoots.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own Sunday Treat's TikTok, coming into the Paddington office one day a week (ideally Wednesdays) to film, edit, and plan our short-form content.
  • Split your day roughly equally between three things: filming TikToks, editing TikToks, and planning the following week's slate so we're always a step ahead.
  • Capture the team, the work, and the behind-the-scenes of agency life, turning what happens around the office into content that feels like us.
  • Bring your own ideas to the table and build a rolling content calendar, spotting trends and formats we can jump on.
  • Be available for ad hoc filming on shoots, mostly in and around London, when we need an extra pair of creative hands.
  • Get embedded in how we work and who we are, so the content always carries that find-the-fun Sunday Treat energy.

Essential

  • Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts, with a portfolio or handle to show for it.
  • Confident on camera and comfortable being the face and voice of content.
  • Able to self-shoot on a phone to a high standard and edit quickly and cleanly (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • A strong feel for TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and formats, and the instinct to move fast on them.
  • Organised and proactive, able to plan and deliver a weekly content slate rather than working reactively.
  • Based within commuting distance of Paddington, London, and reliably free on Wednesdays.
  • Available for occasional ad hoc filming on shoots, mostly in London.
  • Bags of find-the-fun energy: a self-starter who gets stuck in, gets on with the team, and makes work enjoyable.

  • Access to company kit and the support of an experienced production team.
  • The chance to be part of company events, events, and regular socializing.

The application process

Applications are only being accepted through LinkedIn. Direct email to any member of Sunday Treat will not be considered an application. Successful applicants through the LinkedIn process will be formally invited to the application process, which is detailed below.

Stage 1

After applying through LinkedIn, successful applicants will be asked to submit a short video message telling us why they're right for the role. Given this is a content role, it's also your first chance to show us how you shoot and present. More information will be provided about this process for those invited.

Stage 2

We ask applicants to come to the Sunday Treat offices for an in-person interview and to prepare a short practical task ahead of it. You'll be asked to make a piece of short-form content and come with ideas for how you'd approach Sunday Treat's own channel. More information will be provided on this for stage-2 applicants.

Default day rate: £200 per day (£800 per month) - we may consider requests for a higher rate depending on experience.
