We are seeking an exceptional professional to join an international media team, operating at the dynamic intersection of design, technology, and global content delivery. About The Role
As a key member of our client’s international media team, you will manage the intricate creative production process for digital store channels and content workstreams. This role offers the chance to support lead designers in maintaining and scaling global design systems, including advanced 3D systems, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms. You will be at the forefront of operationalizing content delivery, establishing critical project timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining complex cross-functional workflows across diverse international time zones. Your keen eye will oversee technical quality control for static, motion, typographic, and illustrative assets, upholding the highest standards of a world-class brand. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver, someone who can identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, guaranteeing the seamless execution of global campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end creative production process for digital store channels and content workstreams.
- Support lead designers in maintaining, scaling, and operationalizing global design systems, including complex 3D systems.
- Establish project timelines, manage resourcing, and streamline cross-functional workflows across international time zones.
- Oversee technical quality control across static, motion, typographic, and illustrative assets.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve logistical challenges to guarantee flawless execution of campaigns.

What You’ll Bring
- Extensive creative production experience gained within a top-tier design agency or the in-house creative division of a global brand.
- A demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale design systems and multi-language content rollouts.
- Deep technical comprehension of static and motion production specifications, digital workflows, and design tooling.
- Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
