Role Overview

Are you a Senior Creative Producer with deep experience driving 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and cross-functional design campaigns? As a key member of this client’s international media team, you will be instrumental in managing the intricate creative production process for digital channels and content workstreams. This role offers the chance to support lead designers in maintaining and scaling global design systems, including advanced 3D systems, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.

You will be at the forefront of operationalizing content delivery, establishing critical project timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining complex cross-functional workflows across diverse international time zones. Your keen eye will oversee technical quality control for static, motion, typographic, and illustrative assets, upholding the highest standards of a world-class brand. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver, someone who can identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, guaranteeing the seamless execution of global campaigns and directly influencing the visual experience of cutting-edge products.

Your Impact

  • Own end-to-end production for significant cross-functional campaigns, alongside managing 3–4 concurrent smaller projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Partner directly with senior design leads, motion designers, and external animation studios to meticulously establish timelines and budgets, driving projects forward efficiently.
  • Evaluate technical design briefs, including advanced 3D renders, After Effects, and Cinema 4D workflows, to proactively identify risks, time dependencies, and accurately scope project realities.
  • Manage critical cross-functional communications across international regions, aligning efforts and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Operate with complete autonomy as a self-starter, building comprehensive timelines, tracking budgets, and independently driving project execution without micromanagement, embodying true ownership.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager within top animation studios, creative agencies, or leading tech/brand in-house divisions.
  • A proven track record in end-to-end production across diverse media, including motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, photo shoots, or live-action commercials.
  • Strong familiarity with technical production software such as Cinema 4D and After Effects, enabling you to effectively “speak the language” of designers and vendors.
  • Exceptional numerical ability for precise budget tracking, astute cost negotiation, and strategic resourcing.
  • High adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, positive attitude, thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
