Help Shape the Future of AI-Powered Content

At IRIS Education, we're transforming how educational content is created and delivered.

What began as a traditional content team is rapidly evolving into a function that leverages AI, automation and innovative workflows to create high quality content at scale. We're looking for a Content Design Team Lead to help guide that transformation while building and developing a high performing, people first team.

If you're an experienced leader who thrives in fast-changing environments and enjoys bringing people, technology and creativity together, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As Content Design Team Lead, you'll lead a small but growing team and play a key role in defining what content design looks like in an AI-enabled future.

Working closely with Product, Training and Marketing teams, you'll ensure content supports customer needs, product innovation and commercial objectives while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a content design team through a period of growth and change.
  • Create and maintain a positive, adaptable and high-performing team culture.
  • Define the team's strategy, processes and capability roadmap.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted content workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content initiatives with product and business priorities.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, accuracy and brand alignment across all outputs.
  • Represent content design in strategic planning and roadmap discussions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
